Good morning, Team I would like to take the opportunity to give a big thankyou to Simon Batten for his exceptional customer service. Simon was courteous and welcoming to me as a new customer at the Jarvis Service facility, and he took the time to thoroughly explain the servicing procedures to me in what can only be described as Old School. I was extremely appreciative to be presented with a new, clean Ford Ranger as a loan car which is not seen these days. Upon my return i was greeted by Simon and asked, how is my day, and took my experience to a more personal level, with sincerity and interest. I was then briefed as to the service conducted on my Ranger and this also was done in a professional step by step process. Upon departure Simon escorted me to my vehicle and explained that i can park in the carpark across the road in the future, if there are no parks within the dealership. This servicing type is scheduled by the individual manufacturer's recommended servicing intervals - either at a particular time or when specific kilometres are reached.
- Includes the checks, work and part replacements recommended by the car's manufacturer
- It will help increase the resale value by showing you maintained your vehicle
- If servicing within the vehicle manufacturer's warranty period, this service will also keep your new car warranty in check
Jarvis Fixed Price Service
At Jarvis we call this our Fixed Price Service which you might know as a standard minor service that includes the basics to keep you moving. Should any parts need special attention we will call you on the day and let you know. Should your car still be under a new car warranty we generally recommend the logbook service to comply with the manufacturers scheduled services and part replacements.
- Includes a safety check, new engine oil and a new oil filter
- Car wash
- A report on anything needed for your car

Loan car terms and conditions
A current drivers licence is required to be produced at time of demonstrator/loan vehicle collection.
- Under 21 years of Age - $5000 standard excess. Can be reduced to $1500 with a $49 payment
- Over 21 years of Age - $3000 standard excess. Can be reduced to $1000 with a $49 payment
- You may choose to keep your standard excess at no additional cost
If you are not at fault in an accident and can provide the responsible driver's name, contact details and vehicle registration number, your excess will be refunded. Please note, the excess is still payable upfront at the time of the incident. Once our insurer confirms that you are not the at-fault party, Jarvis will refund the excess to you.
